End User's License Agreement

Here's The Deal, LLC has provided a means for which individuals, not businesses or agents, can post their own classified ads. Since Here's The Deal, LLC is free to be viewed by all age groups, no inappropriate materials are allowed (definitions found below). Here's The Deal, LLC is not responsible for any individual's loss of traffic, transactions or material, however encountered directly or indirectly. All information on this page is considered personal and will not be distributed in any way. In the future you may be able to receive email in reference to your ad, but your email address will not be viewable by the public. Here's The Deal, LLC is not responsible for internet tampering. You, the individual user, agree to take responsibility for your actions by keeping your username and password in a safe location. ***AT NO TIME WILL Here's The Deal, LLC CONTACT YOU AND ASK FOR YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD, BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE THIS INFORMATION*** Since all of your non-personal information posted will be viewed by the public, you will also agree to conduct your transactions safely and make safe arrangements when exchanging goods or services. NOTE 1: If for any reason you, the individual, have doubt in reference to whether or not your material is inappropriate PRIOR to posting, send an email with your questionable material. When you receive a response email from Here's The Deal, LLC save it for you records. NOTE 2: All information created and posted within Here's The Deal, LLC is duplicated and set to remain in existence to reassure that all individuals honor their contractoral obligations. If at any point Here's The Deal, LLC finds that you, the individual, are in violation of any infractions defined in this EULA your account will be seized and said information will be used to seek legal action, where applicable, and restitution valued at no less then one calendar month's costs in local advertising. Definitions: * inappropriate materials refers to any wording or pictures that relate to racism, discrimination, hate, pornography, sexual acts, drugs, alcohol, computer malicious code (viruses) or any illegal activities. *Personal information: Your Email Address, First Name and Last Name.
